Salary: £26K - £30K, depending on skills/experience

Sygneca are looking to recruit a web application developer to expand our team in Hampshire. We are searching for applicants who can demonstrate a working knowledge of any high-level language (particularly Scala, Java, C++, or a functional language) and of development processes. Some knowledge of Linux and an understanding of Internet technologies and protocols such as HTML, XML, HTTP, JavaScript etc. would also be beneficial.

Above all, an ability to learn quickly is essential, as the job will require ongoing learning of new technologies.

The rôle will be varied and will involve working through the whole development cycle on a number of projects simultaneously, and is likely to suit a recent graduate or a developer with 1-2 years’ commercial experience.
