This week, delegates from the biotechnology industry from around the world will meet up in London for the European Partnering and Investment Conference (EPIC). The conference is the culmination of many months of planning, and for the delegates is a rare chance to meet colleagues, suppliers and clients in the same industry.
Sygneca were involved from an early stage in providing web-based facilities for all the delegates to request and arrange meetings in advance of the conference across the Internet from the comfort of their offices.
This year, over 250 delegates sent out over 1000 meeting requests to each other. Sygneca’s partnering request management software and web-based front end have enabled these requests to be organised into a busy timetable of meetings for the delegates.
The unenviable task of producing a coherent schedule for many dozens of busy and time-pressed delegates, with all the problems that entails (meeting cancellations, reschedulings and double bookings, to name but a few of them), has not only been adequately accomplished by Sygneca’s software, but has been presented in an simple and user-friendly format.
